Does competition between private and public schools in Uganda improve the quality of education in the country?

Background: Uganda's liberalized the Education sector in the early 1990's. The private education sector has since provided alternative education opportunities to both Ugandan and International learners right from pre-primary to University level.

The quality of these products from both private and public education systems have nonetheless been in spot light regarding their quality and ability to perform and reflect the intellectual abilities.
