We have been reading in newspapers and watching news where mothers dump new
born babies and other mature babies in Uganda. We have heard this incident over
the radios where babies have been abandoned and dumped by their mothers away
from home, this is a very bad practice and it’s against the law.

What do you think is the best solution to reduce the practice of mothers dumping
their babies?
A. Couples should practice family planning to avoid having children they do not
want.
B. Women should become financially empowered, to look after their
children.
C. Society should hold both men and women responsible for their children.
