Background: During a general meeting with members of The Lango Cultural Foundation there was a clash between unsatisfied youth who were dismissed from the meetings. It was about a quarrel of representation between youth and cultural leaders. Youths dismissed the appointment of steering committee members as undemocratic because they were not invoved. Chief Yosam Odur dismissed the youth members because of indiscipline.
