Why do you think boreholes and other water sources are preferred to that of the NSWC in your Sub County?
Background: Our last poll results could be a big surprise for the National Waters and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) more especially in the urban areas in Lango Sub region.
But again how about if it was in the interest and the support that can be advocated for that the Kachung Water source should supply the entire region with safe water, meaning that the people in Lango would be free from water borne diseases from Lakes Kyoga, Kwania and rivers or seasonal wells etc, are the people likely to drink or use unsafe water?
But the poll result puts borehole prevalence to be more
competitive even in the towns where NWSC is supposed to be the major source of
safe water.
Question: Why do you think boreholes and other water sources are preferred to that of the NSWC in your Sub County?

b- Billing issues with NWSC
c- Availability of NWSC Connections
d- Reliability of water
