BACKGROUND:
It is becoming a trend in Uganda for political leaders to behave in ways that citizens dislike.

Many government official have been found to be corrupt - some of them have been penalized while others walk freely on the streets. Others have no respect for the citizens. Once they are voted in office, they dont care about listening to or even serving their electorates.
Some government officials have been found to be discriminative - based on tribe, sex, age extra.

There are some exceptional leaders but unfortunately these are only a few.
