Pesticide Mis-Use Campaign

The Pesticide Mis-Use Campaign (1st September 2025 – 15th February 2026) aims to equip farmers, traders, agro-dealers, and extension workers with knowledge on safe pesticide use, tomato production, and post-harvest handling. Through radio talk shows, polls, surveys, and infographics, the campaign will raise awareness, promote safer practices, and drive behavior change to improve food safety and public health.

What If Innovation Festival

The What If Innovation Festival, held on June 19–20, 2025 at the ICT Innovation Hub in Nakawa, Kampala, is an event designed to accelerate impact through practical, innovative solutions in education, health, employment, and the circular economy. Organized by Enabel and Start Up Uganda, it features showcases, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for changemakers, tech innovators, policymakers, and social entrepreneurs.

TRAC FM partnered with the International University of East Africa (IUEA) to raise awareness about scholarship opportunities through an interactive radio campaign. This initiative aimed to engage students in remote and rural areas, providing them with vital scholarship information and access to opportunities at IUEA.
